We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
All successful purchasers are subject to, and soley responsible for all fees, taxes, title fees, tags, registration, required insurance, and all laws applicable to their home state, county, and or city of residence. All vehicle sales are subject to a $398 document processing fee. If purchased on an auction, the successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable partial payment within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
