WHAT'S MY VEHICLE
WORTH?
At the Jeep Store there's no "car
dealer games" going on. We use industry standard pricing guides to
determine your trade-in value. It's been our experience that when our
customer's visit the BlackBook Online Website (the industry standard for pricing preowned vehicles), and accurately select their car's true condition, the price they find is usually about what we can allow In fact, because this guide is updated weekly, sometimes we can allow even more. Fair and honest Dealer's are happy to have this information
available to their customers. It costs a lot of money for me to
travel, purchase, and transport vehicles that I purchase and so I am
always willing to pay top dollar for nice trades.
ARE YOU
UPSIDE-DOWN?
Being "upside-down" is a car dealer
term for when a customer owes more on their car than it's really worth.
This is a really common situation because of long term financing and
fluctuating used car values. It absolutely does not mean that you cannot
trade, but it does mean that some of the discounts and rebates that you
might be able to receive, may be needed to help pay off your trade. When
you hear some Dealers say "We'll pay off your trade, no matter how
much you owe", the truth is that YOU will be paying it off, not them. At
the Jeep Store, we will give you the real numbers AND help you get the
vehicle you want.
